Texas Marathons on Twitter

Not all of the Texas marathons have caught on to the social media wave.  However, many have.

Namely, 13 have Twitter accounts and all but two are fairly active.

The Chevron Houston Marathon leads the way with 6,499 followers as of Friday evening, June 15.

The Exygon and Baptist Hospitals Gusher Marathon has almost 2,000 tweets -- 1,802 to be exact.
